Hello!

I’m an Assistant Professor in Information Systems and Operations Management at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

I received my PhD in Information Systems from NYU. Prior to starting my PhD, I worked as a data scientist for 2 years in SF. Prior to that, I did my undergrad at the University of Michigan. Go BLUE!

My research interests are in (algorithmic) hiring, algorithmic bias and fairness, and Human-AI interaction.
